MOSCOW, Nov 23 (PRIME) -- The weighted average rate of the Russian ruble with tomorrow settlement plummeted by 1.3821 rubles against the U.S. dollar to 74.8327 rubles on Tuesday, according to the Moscow Exchange.
On Monday, the weighted average rate stood at 73.4506 rubles against the dollar.
